Privacy policy

Who we are

Wellformed AI (wellformedai.com) makes paperwork tools for professionals in the United States. This policy explains what information the website handles and why.

Information you type into the tools

The free calculators and checkers run entirely in your web browser. Minutes, dates, amounts and other details you enter are processed on your device and are not sent to us or stored by us. The tools never ask for patient, client or customer names, and you should not enter them.

When you copy a result or download a file, it is created on your device.

Information collected automatically

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. See Google’s privacy policy.

We do not use advertising trackers. If we add privacy-friendly visitor statistics, this policy will be updated first.

Cookies

The website does not set cookies of its own today. If accounts or paid plans are added, any cookies needed to keep you signed in will be described here before they are used.

Paid plans and accounts

Paid plans are not available yet. When they launch, this policy will be updated to explain what account and payment information is collected, who processes payments, and how long data is kept.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Children

The website is meant for professionals and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Contact
